The Apron feeder is suitable for continuous and uniform distribution from the storage bin to the crusher conveyor or other working machinery and containers along a horizontal or inclined line segment.

The traction chain adopts a long pitch plate type pin shaft roller chain, and all parts of the chain are made of alloy steel material and undergo scientific heat treatment, with good wear resistance, high tensile strength, and long service life; Adopting a stamped groove body reinforced with horizontal bars in the middle, the groove body has good rigidity and high load-bearing capacity. The groove body bottom plate is overlapped with circular arcs to prevent material leakage; There are various forms of arrangement, including horizontal and inclined arrangements, as well as various combinations of horizontal and inclined arrangements. The single machine conveying length is less than or equal to 60m, and the lifting height is less than or equal to 30m.

working principle

The pitch adopts high-strength chains as traction components, and two chains are wound around a pair of drive sprockets installed at the head of the machine and a pair of tension wheels installed at the tail of the machine to form a closed loop. Each chain link of the two rows of chains is equipped with overlapping, heavy-duty conveyor grooves to form a continuous conveyor line capable of carrying materials. Its self weight and material weight are supported by multiple rows of supporting wheels, chain rollers, and slide beams installed on the machine body. The transmission system is connected to the reducer through an AC variable frequency speed regulating motor, and then the carrier mechanism is driven at low speed by a direct connection between the expansion sleeve and the driving device. Transport the materials unloaded from the tail bin along the conveyor line to the front of the machine body for discharge, achieving the goal of continuous and uniform feeding to the working machinery below.
